Do I need a visa to visit Egypt as an EU citizen?
Citizens of most EU countries can obtain a single-entry tourist visa on arrival at Egypt's international airports, or apply for an e-Visa online before departure. Your passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of entry. Our airport representative meets you before passport control and helps with the formalities; as rules can change, we confirm the current requirements for your nationality when you book.
When is the best time to visit Egypt?
October to April is the most comfortable season for Cairo, Luxor and Aswan, with warm days and cool evenings; December and January are the busiest months. Summer is hot in Upper Egypt but brings lower prices and quieter sites, and the Red Sea coast is pleasant all year round. If you are combining sightseeing with the beach, spring and autumn give you the best of both.
How do booking and payment work?
Send us your dates and interests and we reply with a detailed quotation within 24 hours. To confirm, we ask for a deposit by international bank transfer, with the balance due before arrival according to the terms on your quotation. We do not take online card payments; every transfer is acknowledged in writing and your final vouchers are issued once payment is complete.
