AL AQEQ TRAVEL is an Egyptian destination management company based in Dokki, Giza, in the heart of Greater Cairo. Since 2010 we have designed and operated tours for European travellers, Umrah and Hajj programmes for Egyptian pilgrims, and holidays within Egypt and abroad.
Our story
AL AQEQ TRAVEL was founded in Cairo in 2010 by Lotfy Mahmoud Hammad with a simple idea: handle every part of a journey in Egypt ourselves, and do it properly. The early years went into building the network a good DMC depends on: hotels, cruise ships, drivers, guides and local suppliers we could rely on. Over time we added Umrah and Hajj programmes for Egyptian pilgrims, then domestic and outbound holidays for Egyptian families. Today the company works from its office in Dokki, Giza, with the same founder at its head and the same attention to detail.
Our mission is to make travel with Egypt at its centre simple to book and reliable to experience, whether you are arriving from Europe, leaving for Makkah or exploring your own country. We do this with honest prices, quick answers and an operations team that is reachable at any hour.
Every quotation is transparent: what is included, what is not, and what it costs, with no surprises at check-out. Every hotel and cruise ship we sell has been selected by us, and our operations team is available 24/7 while you travel. If plans change, itineraries can be adjusted, because flexibility is part of the service, not an extra.
