What documents do I need for Umrah?
A passport valid for at least six months, recent passport photographs, and the vaccination certificates required by the Saudi authorities at the time of travel. Women and children travel under the current Saudi rules, which we confirm with you when you book. We prepare and submit the visa application on your behalf as part of the programme.
What is included in an Umrah programme?
Return flights between Cairo and Jeddah or Madinah, the Umrah visa, accommodation in Makkah and Madinah in the hotel category you choose, transfers between the airport, the hotels and the Haram, and support from our team throughout the journey. Meals, visits to the holy sites and additional nights are shown separately on each programme, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
When should I book Umrah or Hajj?
For Umrah in Ramadan or during school holidays, book two to three months ahead, as hotels near the Haram fill early; at quieter times of year a few weeks is usually enough. Hajj places are limited and allocated through the official Egyptian system, so register your interest with us as early as possible and we will guide you through the timetable and requirements.
