Overview

Al Aqeq Travel's Hajj al-Tamattu' programme for the 1448 AH (2027) season runs 18 to 21 days depending on the tier chosen and flight schedules. It begins with a stay in Madinah, then ihram at the miqat of Dhul Hulayfah and the journey to Makkah for Umrah, followed by the days at the holy sites of Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah with a specialist religious guide who explains every rite step by step. The Economy tier uses four-star hotels in Madinah and in the Aziziyah district of Makkah with shuttle coaches to the Haram, and air-conditioned camps in Mina and Arafat. The VIP tier offers five-star hotels beside both Haram mosques, upgraded Mina camps close to the Jamarat and private vehicles for transfers. Both tiers include the Hajj visa, flights, meals at the holy sites, the sacrifice coupon, health insurance and continuous support from our operations team.

Day by day

1. Day1

   Day 1: Cairo – Madinah

   After the pre-departure briefing in Cairo, gather at Cairo International Airport for the flight to Madinah. Meet and assist on arrival, transfer to the hotel, then pray at the Prophet's Mosque and offer salutations to the Prophet, peace be upon him.

2. Day2

   Days 2–4: Madinah

   Days of worship at the Prophet's Mosque, with a visit to the Rawdah subject to permits, and ziyarat to Quba Mosque, Masjid al-Qiblatayn, Mount Uhud and the Seven Mosques. The religious guide holds daily lessons on the rites of Hajj al-Tamattu' and on preparing, spiritually and practically, for the days at the holy sites.

3. Day5

   Day 5: Madinah – Makkah (Umrah of Tamattu')

   Enter ihram for Umrah at the miqat of Dhul Hulayfah (Abyar Ali) and travel to Makkah. Check in to the hotel, then perform the Umrah of Tamattu' (tawaf, sa'i and shortening the hair) with the guide.

4. Day6

   Days 6–7: Makkah

   Prayers at the Sacred Mosque and final preparation for the holy sites: distribution of the Hajj kit and a detailed walk-through of the Day of Tarwiyah, the Day of Arafat and the days of Tashreeq, with time to rest.

5. Day8

   Day 8 (8 Dhul Hijjah – Tarwiyah): Makkah – Mina

   Enter ihram for Hajj at the hotel, then travel by Mashaer coach to Mina and spend the night in the air-conditioned camps in prayer and remembrance.

6. Day9

   Day 9 (9 Dhul Hijjah – Arafat): Standing at Arafat, then Muzdalifah

   Travel in the morning to Arafat for the great standing, with supplication until sunset led by the religious guide. After sunset, move to Muzdalifah to spend the night and collect pebbles.

7. Day10

   Day 10 (10 Dhul Hijjah – Eid al-Adha): Mina and Makkah

   Stone the Great Jamarah, complete the sacrifice through the coupon, shave or shorten the hair, then proceed to Makkah for tawaf al-ifadah and sa'i before returning to Mina for the night.

8. Day11

   Days 11–13 (Tashreeq): Mina

   Nights in Mina and daily stoning of the three Jamarat after midday with the guide, with the option to leave on the twelfth or stay until the thirteenth, then return to Makkah.

9. Day14

   Days 14–20: Makkah

   Days of rest and worship at the Sacred Mosque after the rites are complete. The length of the post-Hajj stay varies with the tier and flight schedules, giving a total programme of 18 to 21 days.

10. Day21

    Day 21: Makkah – Jeddah – Cairo

    Farewell tawaf, then transfer to King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah for the flight home to Cairo. May it be an accepted Hajj, a rewarded effort and a forgiven sin.
